Return and exchange policy

YIZY only accepts refunds under the following circumstances:

  • When the supplier fails to provide supply, we will refund the full amount of the goods involved.

  • When the goods sent by the supplier are damaged during transportation to Hong Kong, we will refund the full amount of the goods involved.

  • If the product is severely damaged during transportation in Hong Kong. Generally we will make the decision based on the product being no longer usable. Once confirmed, we will refund the full amount of the merchandise involved.

All ready-made products/pre-order products/quasi-ready-stocked products are non-refundable after shipment.

Once the order is confirmed for pre-ordered products, order cancellation and refund are not accepted.
